the hotel location is great, close to shops and restaurants. parking under gunwharf quays shopping centre was inexpensive. i received a discount for shops and restaurants, very helpful. also, the breakfast included a good variety of food and drinks.

I noticed slight stains on the bathroom tiles. It's a minor detail though.

Superb Experience!

The hotel had a super central location, very close to everything! The breakfast selection offered a wide variety of choices and the coffee was especially good! I found the room neat and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. I slept so well.

The room got a little warm because the air conditioning wasn't working. I wish there had been fans available, but opening the window and closing the curtains helped a little.
